Please provide only what is needed for your inquiry. The Wix website is not used for clinical intake forms, treatment records, or confidential chat.

Our website is hosted by Wix. Loading a website involves technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, and the time of the request. Wix and providers supporting its platform may process technical information to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose errors, and support website operation. Cookies and similar browser storage may also be used.
We have not connected Google Analytics or advertising pixels. This does not mean browsing is anonymous or that Wix stops processing technical information needed to operate its platform.

Retention depends on the information and service involved. Provider-managed technical and consent information are subject to applicable settings and agreements. Wix’s data-processing terms permit processing in multiple countries. A provider’s location does not establish that information stays in that country.
Your questions and requests
You may use the Paubox form with a privacy question, complaint, or request to access, correct, or delete personal information. Available rights and limits depend on the information and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. A request to delete website-related information does not automatically require deletion of records the practice must keep.
